Withdrawal Processing Times
All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met.
Withdrawals generally take up to 15 minutes to process, but in some cases, they may take up to 1 hour. In specail cases, withdrawal processing time can be further delayed depending on your provision of requested documents.
Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawals of winnings minimum USD10 and limit withdraw in a time USD15,000 (There is no limit for number of withdrawals). If your withdrawal amount exceeds the respective limits, system will automatically reject your withdrawal.
Withdrawal requestment can only be made within 1 hour after the most recent deposit transaction. For instance, if your last deposit at 10:00am then 1 hour later at 11:00am you can make the next withdrawal transaction.
Players can only make withdrawals when all money must be wagered with betting on cash tables/in tournaments (fees included) after the deposit. The amount of money required to wager after the deposit will be calculated as (The sum of all unwagered deposits x Ratio). Deposits Wagering Ratio will be 100%. Example: if the player deposited $100, and the wagering ratio is set to 100%, he will have to bet on cash tables/pay in tournaments $100 before he will be able to make withdrawal requests. The bets amounts from different games sum up during the wagering. The limit is refreshed after every successful withdrawal (it becomes 0 until the player makes another deposit).
NOTE:
Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied, and will be determined at our sole discretion.
Withdrawals And KYC Verification
Players can withdraw funds without KYC verification. However, the total amount that can be withdrawn without KYC verification is USD100 and players only have 5 times to make a withdrawal. If a player exceeds this limit, their balance will be marked as frozen by the system. Players need to perform KYC verification to unfrozen their balance and make withdrawals as usual.

Fraud Prevention
All customers are required to verify their identity soon after creating an account in OKVIP. We have the right to request further explanations or supporting documents with respect to the identification of customer, payment method, source of funds or wealth or any further necessary information which we see fit so as to satisfy our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
We have the right to cancel withdrawals and return funds in the account when:
- The customer has not yet provided requested documents;
- The customer identification documents have expired;
- There are fraud/cheating/collusion/money-laundering concerns;
- The customer attempts to withdraw following a player transfer;
Player Fund Transfer
The player fund transfer feature at OKVIP allows players to transfer money to each other so they can play at our platform. Transfer funds should come from winnings, and for security reason. The transaction from players to players still can be withdrawn when satisfied all the conditions in this withdrawal policy.
Due to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measures, OKVIP needs to be particularly diligent when monitoring these transfers, for the benefit and safety of all players. Players may be restricted from withdrawing transferred funds that originated directly from deposits or other transfers.
Player fund transfer transactions are limited to a maximum of USD500 for 1 day and USD3500 for 1 week. All player fund transfer transactions will be charged fee 1%.
Withdrawal Fees
Your bank or payment processor may or may not levy a fee to process your withdrawal. Fees for withdrawal will be clearly shown in the withdrawal request page. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, pay-outs may be subject to reasonable processing charges.
OKVIP will not charge customers transaction fees. However, customers need to pay service fees to the payment service provider themselves.
Exchange Rates And Volatility Of Exchange Rates
We clearly indicate the exchange rate applied to your withdrawal amount at the time of withdrawal request. Once you make a withdrawal request, we will not be liable and will not compensate for any fluctuations of currency values from point of request withdrawal to time of transaction completion.
Withdrawal Cancellations
In the event that you cancel a withdrawal request, you will bear full responsibility for any subsequent use of your funds. The Company is under no obligation to refund any amounts that are cancelled by you and which are subsequently used, lost or transferred.
Important Withdrawal Information
- In some cases, where account verification is required for completing your request, verification must be completed within 24-48 hours or your withdrawal will be reversed and the funds returned to your bankroll.
- Please notify us immediately should your credit card be lost, stolen or canceled or should your e-wallet status change, so we may investigate their status and confirm that payments may/may not be received.
- We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
- OKVIP will not be held liable or offer compensation for any issues arising from point of withdrawal request to time of transaction completion.
